Brittany Singh is an Intellectual Property Attorney at LVLUP Legal. Her practice includes strategic counseling on intellectual property protection and primarily focuses on trademark clearance and prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings, and enforcement. She also handles influencer, collaboration, and licensing agreements to help build brands.
As a first generation lawyer and graduate of New York Law School, Brittany served on the executive board of the multiple NYLS student organizations becoming an integral part of the community. She also furthered her interest in Intellectual Property at the Fashion Law Institute of the Fordham University School of Law.
Brittany received her B.A. from Fordham University where she first developed her passion for becoming an attorney. In her spare time, Brittany enjoys discovering new restaurants and traveling to new places.
